I was thinking as a bonus action of mine eventually he can either: Inflict one point of damage on an enemy. Or inflict one point of healing damage on an ally to take them out of death saves and to 1hp. He can only do each once or twice per long rest. I thought he could use my medicinal pouch and just stuff the herbs in their mouth Or we could talk about health potions if folk would prefer that. I'm flexible

Towards the end of the campaign we could bump into the powerful dark magic user in disguise, once they've dropped it we see theyre wearing the red necklace. They could try and turn me to their side, their magic is in my veins etc.. they say kheyuton vey which means "one of us" and has some kind of hold over me, I try and fight it, we all start initiative and have a massive battle.
