Almos the Dream Lord, known as The Hidden. Twinned with Mara due to the intertwined nature of both Dreams and Nightmares.
He is not known to be one of those who ascended as per the known history of Velandor. It is believed that he pre-dates this event, though little is known about this.
Mara of the Nightmare Realm who is known to have been associated with Asmodeus, Supreme Master of the Nine Hells.
It is believed that he draws his power from the continued nightmare of all beings. From their fears, their phobias and the irrational.
Those who are rumoured to be his most devout followers and supporters are often haunted by waking nightmares, voices calling to them, bouts of madness and accounts of unimaginable, indescribable horrors.

- Planar Theory (3rd Edition) - Arcanist Xiveus
- It has in the past been proven that, outside of the Material Plane and within the vast expanse of the Astral Sea there are a number of other planes of existence. Adjacent to the Material Plane you will find the Feywild and Shadowfell. Deeper into the Astral Sea you find the Elemental Planes of Air, Water, Fire and Earth. It is known only to few that within adjacent planes there exists Demiplanes. Whilst there are tales of so called Dread planes, filled with countless horrors there is little is known about them and little more is known about their existence nor how to traverse to such realms. Logically speaking should there be such Demiplanes adjacent to the Shadowfell, there may well be such planes adjacent to the Feywild to ensure a cosmic balance. Based upon this assumption, it is here that the Demiplane where Almos resides and rules over.

- Dream Interpretation for the Uninitiated - Vessel of the First Seer
- To truly interpret the dreams of others, one must seek guidance from Almos. It is from him that our hopes and dreams are provided, it is through his power that dreams come to us, to soothe us in our time of need and grant us safety from our nightmares. Without him, we could not hope or dream, and without hopes and dreams he would not be.
- Those who wish to interpret dreams should keep a dream diary and interpret their dreams to begin with. This will allow the interpreter to familiarise themselves with the ever changing nature of dreams, as well as the important of recurring dreams (should they occur).

High above the city square
Globes of light float in mid-air
Higher still, against the night
Clockwork angels bathed in light
