My skin and flames are blue (because the most intense flame is blue. Before the resurrection I was red.
I was not magical or able to use wild magic until I drowned and was reincarnated/resurrected at around 8 years old.
I'm under the impression it was done by holy people but really they were dark magic users, one of which was very powerful. I only know the truth once we've freed my genie uncle from the ruler of somewhere and they inform me.
My uncle tells us the powerful magic caster wears a red magical amulet around their neck. The only thing I can remember from the resurrection was someone saying a phrase in a rare language that I didn't understand.
*Kheyuton vey" I hear it eerily whispered during the snakes/mirror moments.
Towards the end of the campaign we could bump into the powerful dark magic user in disguise, once they've dropped it we see theyre wearing the red necklace. They could try and turn me to their side, their magic is in my veins etc.. they say kheyuton vey which means "one of us" and has some kind of hold over me, I try and fight it, we all start initiative and have a massive battle.
They get extra power from the ruby around their neck (the ruby has a wizard trapped inside it)
We have a mini battle at first when we come across them doing something evil to save some civilians. They use their ruby to entwine all our legs with vines and pull us half into the ground so we're stuck and have to succeed on a strength check to get out while they poof/disappear away, we'll need to become stronger and find them to finally defeat them.
Until we find out their name I'll refer to them as gargamel
