Continued investigation. Met the Dragonborn, managed to subdue him (with great reluctance) and bring him for questioning. As you successfully conclude a long rest, we pick up where we left off.

• Library - Booksheslves line the high stone walls of this impressive building, and natural light pours through a huge domed roof onto the desks below.
• Librarian witnessed Horatio Altarim (Mage) stealing a number of scrolls.
  • Suggests the party to have a look through the logbook which may indicate where he lives
  • Thief did not provide his home, only that he lives near the cherub-topped fountain
